A full-day hands-on class where you learn how to make the classics of French baking. We bake brioche, croissants, pain au chocolat, and baguettes. While the bread rises, you will enjoy a two-course lunch with wine or soft drinks. You will have all the recipes and tips from the day to take home along with your lovely bakes.

This class will be taught at our new Cardiff OMB in glorious Cirencester by amazing baker and cook Marianne Bradley - address provided on booking.
