During this introductory class, taught by the amazing Nick Macloed in the Rhiwbina One Mile Bakery (address given on booking), you’ll learn about the basic ingredients and techniques involved in making real bread. You will make a range of breads and be given advice on key stages: kneading, proving, shaping and baking. This is a fun class that builds confidence quickly and sets you up for baking impressive, nutritious bread at home. Lunch and a glass of wine are included. Full recipes provided, and you will take home three stunning loaves plus bags of baking confidence.
