This is one of our most popular classes, and a fantastic start to the festive season. From mid-November we just teach this one - a celebration of the Christmas/deep mid-winter delights: we bake mini-panettone, Stollen, and cinnamon buns with a choice of glazes. You'll enjoy mince pies you make together (with homemade OMB mincemeat), and a festive lunch with mulled wine or mulled juice. This class is co-taught by Elisabeth (OMB founder) and amazing rugby player turned baker Nick Macleod who now runs the Rhiwbina OMB. We are very excited to be teaching this class together, and may play quite a bit of Bing Crosby on the day.
