This fun class focuses on breads from across the globe, and shows you how to make amazing versions of some familiar things (pita bread, bagels, pretzels, and flatbreads) that taste a million miles better than shop bought ones: you will never go back to them once you've made your own. We also make Challah, the beautiful plaited Jewish sabbath bread. You'll learn basic breadmaking techniques, enjoy a two-course lunch with a glass of wine or a soft drink, and have all the recipes and tips to take home with you along with all the fantastic bread you've made.

The class is taught by amazing baker Nick Macleod at his home in Rhiwbina, Cardiff - address given on booking.
