This class is all about the best of baking associated with Easter, and is the perfect start to the holiday. We bake beautiful hot cross buns, delicious Simnel cup cakes and Tsoureki, the stunning, rich traditional Greek Easter bread. You will have all of your bakes to take home for the weekend to share with family and friends, along with the recipes so you can make these bakes part of your Easter celebrations each year. All ingredients, equipment and an apron are provided, and we serve an Easter/spring-themed two course lunch with a glass of wine or soft drinks.
