The One Mile Bakery – Cardiff – 6 January 2020 13:16

First sour out of the oven for some time!!!.
I’ve been pretty quiet on here over the festive period, so apologies for that. It was time for OMB Cardiff to down tools and spend some time with the family, and as OMB Cardiff is just me, that meant baking and social media and all that goes with the business pretty much shut down.
I baked just enough to keep us going over Christmas, as and when we needed bread, so I was actually itching to get the sourdough going and through the Rofco today. Thought I better check it was still alive before tomorrow’s delivery round 😂. Happy to say it’s turned out pretty well and delivery will go ahead as planned. 😅
Anyway, feeling refreshed and reinvigorated, I’m ready to rip into 2020 and all the exciting things I have planned. Looking forward to seeing all of you who have gift vouchers to redeem over the coming months. Classes are filling up fast but I will be adding more dates in the next day or two.

Just wanted to thank Nick him for a thoroughly enjoyable day today! My opinion of the day is - it was well planned and paced, relaxed and very informative. A great atmosphere helped by a very friendly mixed group, catering during the day was also excellent. And by the way my family (and I) loved the produce!!
