FLASH SALE 50% OFF One of our most popular classes and an indulgent celebration of seasonal treats, Festive Baking is the very best way to start your Christmas season. We bake three classics, beginning with a traditional German Stollen, made with boozy fruit and the option of a marzipan filling, which keeps until Christmas to make a beautiful centrepiece for a festive gathering. Then learn to make the most delectable cinnamon buns, which you will be confident recreating at home – these are perfect for Christmas morning – and a tray of mini-Panettone with a choice of delicious ingredients to flavour them. These bakes are a world away from shop-bought equivalents and will become a much loved part of your Christmas tradition at home. Class runs 9.30am-3pm. 

While the bakes rise, enjoy a gorgeous two course festive-themed lunch with a glass of wine, and make a batch of OMB mince pies and festive biscuits to sample with mulled wine, mulled juice or a hot drink. The kitchen will be decorated and in full festive swing, there will be crackers with lunch and Christmas music playing as we bake. This class is especially popular as a private group booking for friends, family or colleagues – do contact us to discuss this option and to arrange a date to suit your party.
