One of our perennially best-selling classes, this course celebrates the best of French baking and introduces you to techniques of working with enriched and laminated doughs. We bake brioche, croissants, pain au chocolat, and baguettes together, and you get tons of fantastic baking to take home along with failsafe recipes. Lunch features French wine and French-inspired dishes. Breton tops optional but often donned by OMB tutors. Class runs 10.30am-4pm.
