Loved the celeriac soup. Think it’s  the first time Oliver has ever had celeriac and he ate every last spoonful... absolutely delicious. Bread was fab too! 5 stars.
We had it eaten 30 mins after you delivered it, just getting around to telling you now!
Oliver normally had a meal in the car on a Wednesday going from school to the gym and then to his tennis lesson. Now he gets a snack to bide him over till 7.45pm till we get home. He always looks at his snack and says, “ Oh great, it’s soup and bread night”.
Not sure what that says about my cooking but a compliment for you!

The One Mile Bakery – Hale – 6 December 2019 15:06

One of the best things about baking, and cooking in general, is experimenting with new ideas. I made an apple caramel for my toffee apple buns which worked out great after a few tweaks!
