Welcome to One Mile Bakery Paulton

Hi, I’m Becky Mears and I live in the heart of the West Country in a small town called Paulton, nestled neatly between Bath and Bristol and perfectly placed for lots of fabulous local flavours from the rolling Somerset countryside. Baking from home and sharing the food I make with others is a bit of a dream come true, especially delivering on my bike in an eco-friendly way. Teaching people how to make great food from basic ingredients is also a passion of mine – everyone should be able to make their own amazing bread at home!


We deliver one mile from our location in Paulton

She will start deliveries on 18 September 2019, taking amazing homemade bread, soup and preserves by bike to local addresses. Deliveries are weekly, on Wednesdays (5-7pm) to local subscribers – this is the only way to get OMB Paulton bread! Grab one of the subscription slots now and be one of the first delivery customers in the new OMB mile!

Subscriptions run for a month (four deliveries) or three months (twelve deliveries) and celebrate the very best of stunning local, seasonal produce.

Each week brings something different, so a subscription offers a chance to sample a wide range of artisan breads, seasonal soups and stunning preserves. It’s all handmade at home, and delivered to you at home in person. The FAQ page gives more information about how it all works. A Mediterranean Feast Loaf – Perfect for Summer
