Hand Delivered Goodness
What an amazing experience, thank you Lesley and Michael for welcoming us into your home, my son and I enjoyed ourselves immensely. It's not just a bread making course, we had different breads with homemade preserves for elevenses, homemade mushroom gallette for lunch, wine, tea, coffee, soft drinks and water offered all day, then we got to have lemon drizzle cake (which we made) for afternoon tea. Would highly recommend and can't wait to book our next course!

I'd highly recommend the breads and pastries from OMB Pontardawe. Nothing but the best ingredients, made and baked as it should be. The taste is music to my taste buds. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed and will be going back for more. this is truly bread of heaven!

We attended the Introduction to baking day a few weeks ago and had an utterly brilliant time-fantastic people, fully catered with delicious food and I am right now eating toast from one of the white loaves we baked  and froze when we got home- still perfect. If you have even a passing interest in food you should book one of these courses.
