Hi, I’m Phil Gostling and I live in the town of Tadcaster in Yorkshire. Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, Tadcaster is famed for its breweries, gorgeous scenery and its accessibility to the amazing foodie cities and towns of York, Leeds and Harrogate. Like many of you, I live a pretty hectic life, but I’ve realised we all need a little ‘me time’ and baking definitely gives me that. I love delivering amazing fresh bread, delicious soups, scrumptious cakes and sensational seasonal jams to subscribers within my mile. Having taught for over twenty years, I also really enjoy sharing my love of baking in fun, friendly and relaxing baking classes at my home.
We deliver one mile from our location in Tadcaster
I deliver each Thursday morning between 7 – 9am. Unfortunately due to the increased demand for deliveries at this time I cannot now give you a specific slot within the delivery window. Subscriptions have also altered slightly for anyone new wishing to subscribe (although please note that again due to high demand subscription slots (adding of new customers) are limited so please contact me directly to enquire.

Subscriptions run for a month (four deliveries) only due to the high demand, limited ingredients and uncertainty regarding COVID 19 at this time.
Please ensure I’m aware of where to leave your delivery as to avoid any direct physical handover. Please also ensure I am aware of any allergies or specific dietary issues ahead of each delivery if applicable.
Each week brings something different, so a subscription offers a chance to sample a wide range of artisan breads and bakes, handmade soups and preserves. It’s all made at home, and delivered to you at home in person. The FAQ page gives more information about how it all works.
