Hand Delivered Goodness

My new monthly blog for The Real Bread Campaign

Every One Mile Baker is a member of the Real Bread Campaign because of its amazing work to promote and support bakers making real bread rather than processed, industrial, “plastic” bread. It’s great to be part of a network that’s all about bread made with the best flour, and free from additives, preservatives and scary E numbers/terrifying ingredients you have to Google.

So, I am absolutely thrilled to be blogging on the Real Bread Campaign’s website each month about setting and running up my micro-bakery. It’s going to be an account of all aspects of the adventure – the highs and lows, the bakes and doughs, the challenges of juggling the baking life with work and family life – and I hope you’ll enjoy reading all about it. Here’s the first post.

The whole experience of the baking class ticked every box and you leave with not only your baking, but satisfaction which provides you with some confidence to bake in the future. I would highly recommend a baking class with Phil at One Mile Bakery Tadcaster to anyone, and I mean anyone! Thanks Phil for an enjoyable day. (Matt)
