Family Baking Class

Saturday, February 29th, 2020

£50.00

This family baking class brings grown-ups and children (aged 7+) together around my kitchen table to learn how to make and bake an amazing loaf and a stunning sweet bake. In a morning or afternoon workshop, discover how versatile a basic bread recipe can be, adding your own choice of ingredients to stunning, simple doughs – you can make a savoury cheese and tomato tin loaf, a delicious healthy loaf containing nuts and seeds, or a white chocolate and raspberry loaf. In a fun, relaxed setting, you’ll both gain tons of tips, techniques and confidence in working with different doughs, and you’ll take home your bakes which are sure to become new family favourites you can make at home time and again. This class gives you and your children the knowledge and confidence to be able to bake these stunning breads and sweet bakes in your own kitchen time and time again. Refreshments and snacks are included. The cost (£50) is for one adult and one child, but do get in touch to discuss if you’d like a different configuration of grown ups and children in your party. We can also book a private class for a mix of adults and children, amending what we cover and timings to suit – this is perfect for groups of families and/or friends wanting to spend some memorable time around a shared activity. Our beautiful £50 gift vouchers can be redeemed for this class to book in one adult and one child, and make an amazing foodie present. Class runs 10-12.30.
