Teaching your first baking class is nerve-wracking. Having a journalist – let alone the editor of a local magazine and a photographer – coming to your baking class is nerve-wracking. Combining the two, so you are being reviewed as you teach your first class is… well, you guessed it!

My husband & I did the French baking day today. It was a fabulous day, I never dreamed I would be able to make delicious croissants from scratch! Great fun and wonderfully hosted. I’d thoroughly recommend (if you can get in!)
