I’ve always been a huge fan of Observer Food Monthly – consistently the best weekend newspaper food supplement and a must-read in my house (aka OMB HQ). So, it was beyond thrilling to be featured in the magazine, in a long interview – over some baking, of course – with the brilliant Miranda Sawyer.

I’d signed up to this ridiculous low / no carb business for far too long. The Introduction to Bread course at OMB saved me from such madness, reintroduced me to healthy amounts of grain consumption and totally transformed the way I thought about the wonder that is proper baked bread. Beyond the bread, everything about the class was an absolute joy. I will definitely be booking a refresher.
