I’ve always been a huge fan of Observer Food Monthly – consistently the best weekend newspaper food supplement and a must-read in my house (aka OMB HQ). So, it was beyond thrilling to be featured in the magazine, in a long interview – over some baking, of course – with the brilliant Miranda Sawyer.

My husband & I did the French baking day today. It was a fabulous day, I never dreamed I would be able to make delicious croissants from scratch! Great fun and wonderfully hosted. I’d thoroughly recommend (if you can get in!)
