As the Covid 19 situation unfolds I thought it would be prudent to update my followers. I would like to reassure you all that One Mile Bakery Exeter is following all government/food hygiene guidelines and best practice.
I’m very proud of my 5 star food hygiene rating and intend to keep it! Your safety is my absolute priority.
What will One Mile Bakery do?
1. I will continue to monitor the situation and will issue significant updates as they arise.
2. I have enhanced the cleaning regime in the common parts of my microbakery, ensuring that door handles etc, are cleaned more frequently during the day.
3. I am in the process of contacting my subscribers to see what their preferred hand delivery options are.
4. Hand sanitizer will be available at classes but I encourage students to bring this with them too. Handwashing will continue at regular intervals throughout the class.
5. I kindly ask that anyone who is not feeling well do not attend classes to ensure I am minimising any risk.
My deliveries, classes and pop ups will continue to operate as normal for now.
