Another for home loaf and playing around with some gluten free flour I had in the house – although this loaf isn’t gluten free as I used my usual #sourdoughstarter 😀
Definitely a more solid loaf than I usually make but very tasty nevertheless and my son said “perfect with @butterbikeco peanut butter!” (but I’m pretty sure that’s any bread by how quickly he gets through one of the big pots 😂)
