We used:
200g plain flour
Pinch of salt
100ml warm water
2 tbsp oil (olive, sunflower or vegetable), plus extra for cooking
Bring ingredients together, knead for 5 mins, leave covered in a bowl for 30 mins, divide into 12 pieces, roll out on a floured surface (thin or doughy depending on your preference!), fry in a medium pan for a couple of mins either side.
Perfect for quick wrap sandwiches, tortilla, dipping into curries, snacking on π
