A different sort of baking today – a 3 (or 4) ingredient Christmas Cake 😊
I put the mixed fruit (ingredient 1) to soak yesterday in apple juice and @twodriftersrum spiced rum (ingredients 2 and 3 but you could just go for one liquid) ❤
Added self raising flour today (ingredient 4) and popped into bake.
I haven’t used this recipe before but I always like to try a new Christmas Cake for the family🎄🎅 I’ll still store and feed as usual (with more rum most likely!)…
