A weekly delivery of a beautiful, long fermented, handmade sourdough made with organic flour milled in the Cotswolds, and using wild yeast cultures. Sourdough is all about the flavour, the crust and a crumb that’s light and airy – hence the famous sourdough holes – because of slow proving.

I went on the basic bread making course. Boudicca is an excellent host and teacher. I have made bread in the past, but picked up many new tips... I have since baked a further loaf at home with great success and there will be more to come!
