Introduction to Baking

This introductory level class is the gateway to making incredible yeasted bread at home. Over the course of a fun, relaxed day, you’ll learn to bake three key loaves, with different flours, which incorporate all the core skills and knowledge for bread-making and leave you confident to tackle any bread recipe.
